The Search Plan

We outline our process, milestones and timings so that you know what to expect and when.
Typical assignments take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Profile Scoring

Through interviews and assessments, we score and rank your shortlist, making it easy for you to select candidates you wish to progress.

Step one: The search plan

We’ll explain our process to you in detail and agree on milestones and timings. You’ll know exactly what to expect and when. 

The whole process usually takes between four and eight weeks. 

Step two: The candidate pool

We’ll find the best candidates in our existing network, and we’ll search out the best talent to match your brief. We’ll find you the people you need quickly and efficiently. 

Step three: Profile scoring

We’ll interview and assess, score and rank your shortlist. That means you can be sure by the time they get to you, you’re only getting the very best fits for your role.
