How do we match talent to clients?

We have a great network of talent and clients. That doesn’t mean just a list of names – we take the time to build real relationships with all our clients, and all our candidates. 

When a client comes to us with a role, we build them a tailored search plan. We establish achievable timelines and deadlines that fit with their requirements. 

Then we build a pool of suitable candidates from our existing network. We rank their profiles based on the client’s specifications so they can pick the candidates that are best aligned with their role and business. 

Finally, we conduct initial interviews and assessments with prospective candidates. This means that by the time any candidate reaches the client a good match is virtually guaranteed.
